Supporting a Safer Digital Future for Africa’s Children Africa’s digital landscape is evolving fast and protecting children in this environment demands more than isolated efforts. It requires a united, continental response. That’s why Ghana Internet Safety Foundation (GISF) is proud to have stood alongside Africa Child Online Safety Alliance and partner institutions during the 2nd Africa Child Online Safety Summit held on 19–20 November 2025 in Nairobi, Kenya. As a supporting partner, GISF joined a powerful coalition of organizations championing child online protection across the continent. From conversations on data protection and digital rights to showcases on safety tools, reporting mechanisms, and responsible technology use, the summit reinforced one message: safeguarding Africa’s digital generation requires shared responsibility, stronger frameworks, and continuous collaboration. GISF remains dedicated to this collective effort, working with partners and institutions to expand education, strengthen protection frameworks, and empower children across the digital ecosystem.
