Dr. Gabriel Ofori Appiah oversees the Foundation’s daily operations, ensuring that programs, projects, and partnerships are delivered efficiently and in alignment with GISF’s strategic priorities. He works closely with the leadership team, staff, volunteers, and partners to strengthen internal processes, coordinate activities, and maintain effective program delivery.
He brings extensive organizational and community development experience to GISF, including his leadership experience as Regional Director of the YMCA in the Ashanti Region. This background has strengthened his expertise in program management, community engagement, partnership development, youth-focused initiatives, and organizational administration.
At GISF, Dr. Appiah applies this experience to operational planning, resource coordination, partnership implementation, and organizational development across the Foundation’s growing portfolio of online safety initiatives. Through his leadership, he helps strengthen organizational effectiveness, build sustainable partnerships, and expand GISF’s impact within communities across Ghana.
