Tomorrow, Ghana takes a decisive step in protecting children in the digital space. As internet access expands, so do the risks—globally, 1 in 3 internet users is a child, and the threat of online grooming, exploitation, and abuse continues to rise. This reality demands more than awareness; it requires leadership, strong systems, and coordinated national action. As we kick off Ghana’s maiden National Online Safety Summit (NOSS) 2026, we are honoured to announce our Keynote Speakers: Emmanuel Adinkra- CISM MCSE PMP (President, Ghana Internet Safety Foundation – GISF), Divine Selase Agbeti (Ag. Director-General, Cyber Security Authority – Ghana), Helen King (Founder & Executive Director, Praesidio Safeguarding – UK), and Julie Inman – Grant (Australian eSafety Commissioner). This keynote lineup reflects the exact kind of united front the Summit stands for, bringing together civil society leadership, national cybersecurity governance, international safeguarding expertise, and global online safety regulation experience. Their combined perspectives will help drive practical action toward closing gaps in prevention, reporting, enforcement, and survivor-centred response in Ghana’s fight against online child sexual exploitation and abuse (OCSEA).
