Divine Selase Agbeti (Cyber Security Authority) spoke about Ghana’s child protection mandate, pointing out gaps in supervision, digital literacy, and industry accountability, while highlighting the national online child protection framework as a roadmap for coordinated action. COP Lydia Yaako Donkor (CID – Ghana Police Service Service) brought the law enforcement perspective, emphasizing intelligence-led, proactive policing to disrupt online harm before it escalates.
